Why follow the monthly study?
In this section, the foundations of Archangel Gabriel’s wisdom are laid. If you wish to awaken and live with your soul, this intelligence must be fully digested so that a real and stable transformation can appear.
It is through the practice of Arcanas, the listening of awakening conferences, and regular study that a new body can be created within you, that your organs may become refined so that they can receive greatness, splendor, the Divine.
This School is not an all-you-can-eat buffet. There must be constancy in study and practice so that you can truly digest this nourishment that awakens the soul.
The aim is not everything you consume, but what you can actually digest and which comes to nourish your body of consciousness and your soul.
What are the prerequisites?

The Method of Gabriel’s 21 Days to Live with One’s Soul
During the celebration of January 2005, Archangel Gabriel transmitted the following Psalm:

I give this Teaching for those who will truly commit themselves to experiencing what I am going to propose.
If the beings who live in the divine world look at the life of human beings, they do not understand why human beings are in such a hurry.
Human beings run after something without really knowing what.
Why does the dog turn in circles to catch its tail? Has it not understood that its tail is a part of itself? Human beings are like this; they run after something, they try to catch it, but they have not understood that what they are looking for lives within them.
Human beings hurry to pray, to live, to eat… but in doing so they will never be able to meet their soul. The soul is found in the place of rest, of silence, of calm, and it is up to man to create the circumstances in which he can meet it.
The one who truly wants to live with his soul must make the effort to live in a peaceful way.
He must stop the whirlwind of his life, of his thoughts, of his feelings, in order to sit down and take the time to observe everything that manifests within him.
He must clearly discern the things that are right and those that are not, and look at them not according to the criteria of his personal “I”, but from the point of view of the goal he wants to attain, namely, to live with his soul.
He will have to do this for 21 days. He will have to stop the whirlwind of his life in order to look at the unknown world that is within him.Once this has been done, he must enter into this world regularly, in different circumstances of his outer life—after each meditation, prayer, word, after a walk in nature…—in order to consult his soul and to ask for its advice, its Light, its point of view.
The one who wants to know his soul will have to create within himself, for 21 days, the particular place where he will be able to meet it.This place is a small lake into which the soul can come at night to lay down the celestial dew. Upon waking, the human being crosses this lake and the dew clings to his face.
This is symbolic and means that if the human being does not prepare this place within himself, his soul will never be able to come there to deposit something of itself.In order to meet his soul, it is necessary that the human being create this lake within himself and ask, before falling asleep, that upon waking he may cross it so that he may bring back with him the message of his soul.
Only this method allows the soul to draw near to the human being incarnated in a physical body, to instruct him, to make him travel in worlds that are beyond the world of man.
