Angel of Continence

Raphael, Psalm 240, verse 24: Remain vigilant and understand the value of continence so that you do not become entangled in seductive thought patterns that will lead you to speak words and perform actions that shape your memory and destiny. 25 I hope this wisdom will enable you to gain a little more control over your life and your path, leading you where you want to go and not where this world of seductive thoughts wants to lead you if you are not careful.

Gabriel, Psalm 290, verse 11: Stop always wanting more and more. 12 Learn self-restraint that is, to restrain yourselves. 3 Self-restraint is the first step toward self-knowledge.

Gabriel, Psalm 290, verse 20: Thus, you must choose the appropriate food and the right quantity to strengthen certain cells and certain virtues that serve a specific world and influence. This is self-restraint, choice, and the application of intelligence.

Gabriel, Psalm 290, verse 24: Self-restraint is understanding that inner life is the goal and that the body needs only 10% of external resources to live and develop.
